Three Weeks since I last posted, Hokey Smokes. So here is 3 weeks of Project Life.
Life just got busy last week and I thought I would put everything on
one post. Thanks for stopping by! If you would like to see
what about 50 other people are doing with their Project Life's head on
over to The Mom Creative and check out the list! This is a long post so thanks for sticking through it!
Day Trip to Sleeping Bear Dunes. Most of you know that Ali Edwards made a Summer Manifesto so I decided to make one my self. Really the only thing that ended up on it was going to Sleeping Bear Dunes. So my family jumped on board and decided to make a day out of it. It was a fantastic day The weather was great. We packed the car with everything we could ever need for the day. Cold weather cloths, Warm weather cloths and a picnic lunch.
Me and my sister with a nice shot of Lollie my dog!
A view of Lake Michigan at an over look. There is also a 3 x4 for South Manitou Island Maybe in the next couple of years I will put this on my summer bucket list.
This is a great picture of my sister, her man and her daughter and a fantastic backdrop!
I snapped this shot of my mom and dad while they were walking ahead of me! It's a little blurry because I was holding the dog and she was ready to go back to the car.
I love random pictures that end up on my camera. This is one that Peanut took while I was getting her to snap one of me and my sister.
Me and my sister at the top of the dune.
A postcard and a picture of me at the bottom of the dune.
A great picture of my mom and dad!
Another random picture of Peanut and Lollie. Funny picture of Matt (My sister's Man)!
A picture of Peanut and a Picture Looking down the dune. You really can't get a idea of how tall the dune is until you realize the little specks are people at the bottom of the dune. I did supply a link to the actual picture so you can see the people specks.
I put some sand in this album! I used packing tape and made a little packet so it didn't get everywhere!
Week #2
I hope the thieves are afraid of snoring and being licked to death
Peanut and I watching movies together. The Spiderwick Chronicles (her new favorite) and Diary of a Wimpy kid
I love mascara and I use Mary Kay's The Ultimate Mascara I also had a job interview that I didn't get but getting my portfolio done was awesome!
When you are trying to become a runner you have to buy running shoes more often. This time I chose Pink!
Another random shot I found on my camera. Peanut and Lollie!
Me and the dog!
Week #3
I acquired new friends this summer and got invited to dinner at her house with her family. Pork tacos, they were amazing! We also had pontoon rides Thank you Ken and Judy for bringing the boat!
One of my dad's nicknames is "Poop-pa" so when I found a t-shirt at the Detroit Zoo that looked like a beer label and described bear poop. I couldn't help myself.
This is group shot of all of us when we went to the movie "timothy green" Peanut can talk Poop-Pa into anything, he never goes when me and my mom ask him.
A friends Birthday party!
More Pontoon rides!
One thing that marks the end of summer is the "Cadillac Festival of Races." I am an armature radio operator and help run radio communications for the races. It's one thing my dad and I do together.
This is a picture of where I was posted. I was at the bike turn around to send them back to the kayak staging area! I love working this event and love it even more that I've competed in a 5K.

Church at Center Lake Bible Camp and our little visitor. You can't see it very well but we had a skunk show up in our back yard.
I (heart) Mondays. Hands down favorite day of the week!
A few hairs cut. and a better picture of our little visitor
Peanut being goofy
This picture of Tom Sullivan moved me so much that I printed it out and put it in Project Life. I wanted to honor him and his lose and couldn't find a better way to talk about what happened in Colorado.
Peanut wanted to snuggle with me and Lollie (my dog) was not going to miss out on that action. This is a picture of her wiggleing her way on to my lap. Both Peanut and Lollie are very jealous when it comes to my lap.
My sister and I standing in line to get our registration packets for the The Color Run!

Mom and group shot
My sister took a shot of yellow in the mouth!
We had a really bad storm, forcing us all in the basement for about an hour. The tornado horns went off!
More Nostril shots. Peanut wanted to get a shot of her nostrils so I had to show her how it was done. Then had the rest of the family do it as well!
