My mom and I took Caty to see How To Train Your Dragon. I loved the movie so much that I went to the book store after the movie and bought the first book so I could read it.

A friend called me up and said she was board. So we decided to take a trip to Grand Rapids and go the Van Andel Public Museum, I had never been so I jumped that the opportunity. Of course, I forgot my camera on the charger, so I had to stop at the local target and get one of those cheapies at the Target. I got some neat shots. The world map is one of my all time favorite pictures. The museum had a copy of it. From space this is what the light pollution of the world looks like. You can visit the picture at NASA.gov or get the picture here and get a much clearer view of it.

I’m still working out and today we decided to go for a walk instead of doing the DVDs. One mile there and one mile back. Well the one mile back was all up hill. So I took a picture of the sign I kept looking at and thinking I can make it there, and I did.

Caty and I doing prep for Easter. Pupcakes made and Eggs colored. We also had to have Mr. Rooter come on today and on Sunday. Fun times! We do call them “pup cakes” because when Caty was little she called them that and it just stuck.

Resurrection Sunday!

Monday, April 5, 2010

I found out that someone I hang out with in Flint during the summer mission trip is taking a trip to Cambodia and needs some supplies. Well from several of my trips to the cheap store I have some of those supplies that she needs. So, I rounded them up and put them in 2-one gallon Zip-lock bags.

I enjoyed your pictures this week. My niece calls them pupcakes too. We still need to see that movie maybe over the weekend. It always nice to go out for a walk. Have a good week.

Great pictures this week.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. Thankfully Dustyn's rash went away really quick.

It's crazy how little kids can wear us out so quickly! And that picture of the light pollution is really fascinating. Good job on the walking...I've gotta start doing that, too! What fun pictures, thank you for sharing.

I keep hearing great things about that movie. I'm hoping we can take our oldest soon to go see it. Thanks for your sweet comments on my blog. Your photos are great, once again!

Very interesting World Map picture! "Pupcakes" is so cute. It's funny how things like that stick around long after kids pronounce things the "correct" way.

Way to go on the exercising. I walk through my neighborhood and it's hill after hill. It does get easier so hang in there.
